1. About PIACI and the Website

The Website provides information about PIACI's real estate brokerage services and properties offered for sale or rent in Qatar, including residential, commercial, ready and off-plan properties.

The Website allows visitors to search listings, review property information and submit enquiries. It does not itself complete property sales, rental agreements, reservations or online payments.

PIACI Real Estate LLC operates as a licensed real estate brokerage in the State of Qatar (Real Estate Brokerage Licence No. 176).

2. Use of the Website and Applicable Agreements

By accessing or using the Website, you are expected to comply with these Terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

These Terms govern Website use only. Any brokerage engagement, reservation, sale, purchase, lease or other property transaction is subject to the applicable separate agreements, documentation and legal requirements. In relation to a particular transaction, an applicable signed agreement governs the agreed contractual terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

3. Property Listings and Information Accuracy

PIACI aims to present property advertisements accurately and to maintain relevant and reasonably up-to-date information.

Property descriptions may include information supplied by owners, landlords, developers, authorized representatives and other sources. Prices, specifications, availability, facilities, completion status and other details may change, and updates may not appear immediately.

Visitors should confirm material information directly with PIACI before making a decision. If you identify inaccurate or outdated information, please notify us so it can be reviewed and corrected where appropriate.

4. Prices, Availability and Additional Costs

Displayed prices are generally expressed in Qatari Riyals (QAR), unless otherwise stated. Prices may represent asking prices, starting prices, promotional offers or other terms specified in the listing.

Property availability, discounts, payment plans, financing arrangements and associated charges are subject to confirmation and the relevant contractual terms.

Depending on the transaction, additional costs may include applicable brokerage fees, registration charges, government fees, service charges, deposits and other expenses. PIACI will provide or clarify relevant information concerning charges within its knowledge and responsibility before the applicable commitment.

A displayed price does not independently establish a binding transaction price.

5. Photographs, Floor Plans and Locations

Property photographs, videos, architectural renderings, floor plans, maps and illustrations are intended to help visitors understand the advertised property.

Some materials may be illustrative, provided by developers or representative of a project or its facilities. Actual layouts, measurements, views, finishes, furniture, amenities and surrounding conditions may differ from illustrations or preliminary marketing materials.

Map pins and location descriptions may be approximate. Inclusion of furniture, fixtures, parking spaces or other features must be confirmed through the property details and applicable agreement.

6. Off-Plan Properties and Development Information

Information concerning off-plan developments, estimated completion or handover dates, construction progress, project facilities and installment schedules may be subject to changes, required approvals and developer agreements.

Where applicable, prospective purchasers should verify developer and project authorizations, relevant escrow arrangements, payment obligations, approved plans and contractual protections before committing to a purchase.

A projected handover date or development feature shown on the Website does not independently guarantee the final delivery date or specification. PIACI's applicable responsibilities as a broker remain subject to Qatar law.

7. Ownership Rights, Title and Eligibility

References to freehold, usufruct, title deeds, mortgage arrangements, property ownership eligibility or associated residency benefits are subject to applicable laws, official approvals, property documentation and individual circumstances.

Visitors should verify the legal status of a property, ownership restrictions, title conditions and relevant financial obligations before entering a transaction.

No statement on the Website guarantees eligibility for financing, property ownership, a residence permit or any government benefit.

8. Enquiries, Viewings and Reservations

Submitting an enquiry, requesting information, contacting an agent or arranging a viewing does not by itself reserve a property, establish a brokerage agreement, or create an obligation to purchase, sell or lease.

Reservations and transactions require the applicable confirmations, documentation and agreements with the relevant authorized parties.

Visitors submitting enquiries should provide accurate contact information and should not knowingly submit misleading or unauthorized information.

9. Brokerage Services and Commission

PIACI acts as a real estate brokerage and may assist with property enquiries, introductions, negotiations, viewings and transactions, according to its role and applicable agreements.

Any brokerage commission or service fee must be determined and handled in accordance with applicable Qatar law and the relevant brokerage or other lawful agreement. Applicable fees should be communicated clearly before the customer enters the relevant commitment.

Merely browsing the Website or submitting an enquiry does not, by itself, create an obligation to pay PIACI a brokerage commission.

10. Investment, Market and Professional Information

Market commentary, indicative rental yields, potential returns, capital appreciation estimates, payment examples and other investment-related information published on the Website are provided for general information and may rely on assumptions or changing market conditions.

Such information does not constitute a guarantee of investment performance, rental income, financing approval or future property value.
